On the morning of September 12th, the opening ceremony for the 2025 freshmen of JZMU was held. 3358 students were filled with aspirations and dreams, embarking on a new journey of life with high spirits.
University leaders, heads of various schools and relevant departments, and counselors attended the opening ceremony. The ceremony was presided over by Vice-president Wen Youfeng.
The opening ceremony kicked off with the passionate and majestic national anthem. The university leaders presented the university emblem to the new student representatives and awarded flags to various majors.
New student representative Jiang Yuhan shared her original aspirations and dreams and talked about her plans and prospects for the future.She stated that she would inherit the spirit of JZMU, bravely shoulder the responsibilities of the times, and contribute her youthful strength to the construction of a strong country and the rejuvenation of the nation.
President Qu Wei, on behalf of the university leadership and all faculty and medical staff, extended warm congratulations to all 2025 new students, and paid high respect to the families and teachers who have nurtured the growth and success of students over the years. He wished all new students to strive for excellence through diligent learning, develop practical skills through hard work, climb the heights of life through collaboration, and write even more brilliant chapters of life in keeping up with the times, sharing the same destiny with the people, and striving together with JZMU.
