On October 28th, the third Liaoning Provincial “Governor’s Cup” Youth Campus Football Championship in 2025 came to an end at Jinzhou Medical University after more than a month of intense competition. Vice Governor Wu Chungeng attended the closing ceremony and presented awards.
This championship has three sub regions: Shenyang, Dalian, and Jinzhou. 78 teams from 64 universities in the province registered to participate, and a total of 150 intense matches were held. The competition has injected new vitality into our university’s sports culture, sports education and teaching reform.
Jinzhou Medical University will continuously deepen the reform of physical education and teaching, create a sports culture with the characteristics of medical colleges, and cultivate new talents with all-round development in morality, intelligence, physical fitness, aesthetics, and labor.
